Lisa Jo Rudy is a professional writer with over thirty years of experience creating articles, educational materials, exhibit labels, courses, scripts, and blogs for museums, universities, educational publishers, and non-profit institutions.
During her time at Harvard Divinity School, Lisa served as a ministry intern at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in Nashua, New Hampshire, completed a Clinical Pastoral Education program, and worked with the Cambridge Forum, a project of Harvard University and the First Parish Church in Cambridge, MA.
Lisa is the author of over a dozen books, including a guide for parents of children with autism. She is also the Verywell Autism Expert.
Lisa holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University in Connecticut, where she combined studies in philosophy, literature, and history. She graduated from Harvard Divinity School with a three-year Masters in Divinity. At Harvard, she focused her studies on theology and world religions.
