Experience

Ashley Crossman is a sociologist with over 15 years of experience in statistical analysis in the health and wellness industry. Ashley currently runs Agova Analytics. 

After completing her doctoral degree, Ashley worked as a health care analyst for several large companies, during which time she developed appropriate methodologies for projects, designed surveys, analyzed and interpreted data, and assisted with manuscript development. She has authored four articles in peer-reviewed journals on health and statistics.

Education

Ashley earned her master's and Ph.D. in sociology from Arizona State University and her B.A. sociology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. During graduate school, Ashely specialized in social statistics and the sociology of health. Her primary research interest is adolescent obesity, with additional interests in parent-child relationships, substance abuse, and cultural re-immersion for returning war veterans.
